Bios version used is 5.20

Hi Asrock
I have motherboard model B450M Pro4
I want to install AMD Chipset Driver, I think there are wrong bios info about system.
I saw log on installation of Chipset Driver, because it doesn't install AMD Ryzen Power Schemes.
I have tried on Windows 10, and also on Windows 11. They fail to proberly install driver, also I have no spaces in Username to windows.
The Log (RyzenPPKG_Log.txt) says "Get system information return 0", is that an error and can't install power schemes via AMD Chipset Driver because of that (bad bios information)?

I was going back from windows 11, to windows 10, can't simply install the Chipset driver (with power Schemes, wanted it on win11, because of bad driver on it).
Have troubleshooted some info on internet, they don't work.
Is it bios related?
I like the motherboard, and abit pressed now on economics now (soon it will be christmas ).
I hope it will be fixed...
