Windows 10 is already in UEFI mode and the SSD in GPT mode, TPM is also enabled, but when I try to change "Secure boot" to enable it says that I must first disable CSM in Setup.

The problem is that in the CSM setup page I only have 3 options. In the manual it says there must be four options and the fist one (the one is missing in my setup) is for disabling CSM.

What do I do to show that option in order to disable CSM?
