Hello. I bought a used motherboard, which looks like new, and I'm having problem getting it to work. I'm assuming it is defective, but maybe there's something I've missed when setting it up. I installed Ryzen 5 2600X CPU and a compatiblie Ryzen memory. The system does not boot, and only there are 5 short beeps, which indicate issues with the CPU. I've tested this CPU on different working system, and it works fine. I've also tried a good working Ryzen 7 1800X on this motherboard, and also got 5 beeps. Is it safe to assume the motherboard is broken?
