Hi

I'm a new member and this is my first post.
I would like to buy an E3C246D4M-4L motherboard for a NAS project.
It's not clear to me what kind of CPU cooling fan will fit on this MB.
There is a Cooler QVL on the website (https://www.asrockrack.com/support/supportlist.asp?cat=Cooler) but it seems to be outdated and E3C246D4M-4L is not listed. Most of the CPU fans mentioned in that QVL seem to be equipped with push pins but the pictures that I found of this motherboard (on other forums) show that it has a metal backplate with threaded wholes.
Just wonder whether this will allow to use push pin based cooling fans. The extra backplate will increase the thickness of the board so will the push pin be able to go far enough down to lock in place and will it pass via the threaded metal part.

Anybody an idea ?
