Same board as the OP, Z75 Pro3? UEFI/BIOS version you are using? What processor are you using?

Windows version being used, and 32 or 64 bit?

No idea what size each DIMM is, 4GB, 8GB, or? A single kit of four DIMMs, or multiple kits?

The OP had two kits of the same model of memory, same timing and speed specs. The problem is memory manufactures that don't make their own memory chips like Patriot will change the chips used in a model, and mixing kits like that in the same channel or even the same PC may not work correctly. We never continued this thread, to suggest setting all the timings to Auto when using all four DIMMs.

Also if using two kits, put one kit in one channel, slots A1 and A2, the other kit is slots B1 and B2.

The OP had a strange situation, where he could only choose speeds of 1066 and 1333 in the UEFI/BIOS. The board supported higher memory speeds, but we never knew what CPU he was using. Some compatible processors only supported 1066 or 1333 speeds. He also may have had a UEFI corruption.

Partially detected memory is not uncommon with larger memory capacities. The UEFI will detect all the memory, but it is not detected fully by Windows. Increasing the DRAM voltage and other memory related voltages can help with that situation.

Hi have you found a solution for this? I recently having the same Problem with my 4 x DDR3 1600mhz Ballistix Sport RAM where my bios is also detecting the same slots as yours on A2 and B2

Easiest to do using only two sticks at a time. Put all four instances of CPU-z open on the desktop and make one grab for each pair.

You'r right, it's two kits of two sticks.

I have 8Gb in BIOS and Windows but CPU-Z show 16Gb!!!!

You did not say, but do two stick work in slots A2 and B2? Yes, with 4 stick inserted, only A2 and B2 are detected by the BIOS. 

Every time you add or remove memory sticks, you must clear the CMOS/BIOS before you start the PC again Try but same result

What is the exact model name and number of your memory? Patriot 1866 (PV38G186C0K). I try with two other memory stick Corsair 1600Mhz (CMX8GX3M2A1600C9) and ADATA 1699Nhz (AX3U1600W4G9-DB) with same result.

The highest speed of your memory, 1866, is normally not set automatically in the BIOS In the BIOS, I can only select speed of 1066 and 1333, nothing else.

Does this memory have an XMP profile? It seems like it probably does. Did you ever select the XMP profile in the BIOS? Yes, Patriot stick have XMP 1.3 Profil (I can see this in System Browser) but I don't have XMP option in BIOS. This may happen if the BIOS think the memory have not XMP profil. Same with Corsair and ADATA memery stick.

Have you looked at the settings for Memory speed, memory voltage, and XMP profile in the BIOS? I can only select 1066 and 1333 in memory speed. I try to set memory voltage to 1.510 (maybe not enough) and I don't have any XMP option.

Does your BIOS have options for VCCSA and VCCIO? Only VCCSA

How much memory does Windows tell you is in the PC when you check that? 8GB same as BIOS

FMO, I'm reasonably positive you didn't buy the four sticks as a 16GB(4x4gb) Kit that consists of all four sticks being matched modules.

Take the two that do work and grab a scren grab using Windows own Snipping Tool capture rectangles of CPU-z's 'SPD' and 'Memory' tabs of each stick.

Now using the other two, placed in the same slots, and assuming they do allow booting, repeat the above.

The highest speed of your memory, 1866, is normally not set automatically in the BIOS. The default speed of any memory is usually slower than the highest speed. A default speed of 1333 would be right for many models of DDR3 memory.

The memory speed shown in System Browser is read from data on the memory, and is not necessarily the speed the memory is actually running at. The true memory speed is shown in the BIOS, and by programs in Windows like CPU-Z.

Does this memory have an XMP profile? It seems like it probably does. Did you ever select the XMP profile in the BIOS?

Using four sticks of memory might need more memory voltage than using two sticks. Have you looked at the settings for Memory speed, memory voltage, and XMP profile in the BIOS?

Does your BIOS have options for VCCSA and VCCIO?

If you boot into the OS does it also only show 8gb?

Install all 4 DIMMs then clear CMOS via this method and check in your BIOS again. It is always a good idea to clear CMOS when installing new components on the motherboard.

Please provide your full system specs so we can get an idea of what you are working with.
