I saved several times and chose default profile and then I tried a different name for the profile.
Then, using Win11 I confirmed several .bin files on the usb stick before upgrading

I JUST updated from R3.17 to R4.0.1
after successful upgrade bios went to default settings.

I inserted USB stick, selected the USB stick and NO FILES were visible! I had redo the BIOS from scratch

Don't understand why I couldn't load the bios settings I had before the upgrade?
I am a novice with newer bios options

Z690 Extreme
