The above is old and out-dated.

Correct update starting sometime around middle 2022 ASRock's default voltages are
vddcr_SOC 1.1v
cLDO_VDDP 1v
VDDG_IOD 1.1v
VDDG_CCD 1.1v
when using these voltages, the XMP always pass memtest and stable windows and games.

I just disconnect the speaker, you can always connect it again if you need to
troubleshoot. I typically just keep a button speaker with a short lead and connector

Buuuut a tiny big problem happened: There's no way to disable the boot beep! Oh ghosh...

I installed a 5950x onto an X370 Professional Gaming board. Something fails when I try to boot an OS. Fans start spinning faster and reset button does not work. well asrock has some security stuffs which prevents flashing custom bioses unless they are asrock signed
