The tech from ASRock pointed me towards memory configurations, but after trying a few different combinations and brands, a new tech pointed me towards the CPU socket. Sure enough, there were a few bent pins on the CPU socket. Swapped the motherboad out, thanks Amazon, and the new one worked flawlessly. Not sure if I caused the issue or not, but when I build my next one, I'll check it out first!

Thanks!

Maybe you are using an aftermarket cooler? Overtightening those, in exremely rare cases, are known to bent/warp skylake cpus or damage socket.

Have you tried using only one Ram slot?
You are using iGPU? Maybe try dedicated GPU or vice-versa if possible.

You could also try Clearing CMOS.

Edited by Soft Brick - 16 Feb 2016 at 4:52am
