Once I turn off the PC via Windows or do a BIOS Update the System won't post. Only after switching the PSU off and on again the System boots normal. Once in Windows everything is working fine. I can even reboot the system. But once i shut it down i cannot get the system to post anymore.

Specs:

Intel Core i7 6700K

16 GB Kingston HyperX Fury DIMM Kit 16GB, DDR4-2666, CL15-17-17

ASRock Z170 Pro4S (Bios P 3.0)

Corsair VS 650W PSU

Asus R9 290X

Sandisk X300s 500GB SSD

I tried downgrading to 2.70 Bios, resetted CMOS via Jumper and UEFI. Put memory in different slots - but no avail. System just wont post if I power it down normally. Only turning the PSU completely off lets the system post. What is wrong here? Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,

Christian
