Hello,

Unless you are planning to use a 4000 or 5000 Series CPU, I would advise not to use the update.
Newer is not automatically better, and it could have a negative impact on the performance of your current CPU.
Before BIOS 7.10, you MUST use the bridge BIOS.

Currently I am on Bios version 6.40 and want to upgrade to 7.10

Do I have to install the version 7.00 (Bridge Bios) or can I directly flash the 7.10?

By the way: Some more information about the bios versions would be nice.
