I have given up trying to install windows 11 on this computer. I opened my Bios and went to advanced mode, I scrolled through all the screens several times and could find nothing labeled or with the initials of the word staring, anywhere in those pages, and searched through them several times.

I am trying to install Windows 11 on my computer I have an Asrock H470 Phantom Gaming 4 Motherboard.   I am trying to set up secure boot and when I click the button it brings up the following - Secure Boot can be enabled when the system is in user mode. Repeat operation after enrolling platform key (PK)

I do not u8nderstand what this is saying, any help or pointing me in the direction I need to go would help me a lot
