1a error is in PEI area which is memory initialisation

Based on some info found elsewhere, I have reinstalled the CPU, and tried 5 different memory modules individually (3 I had from a previous computer and 2 I bought specifically from the QVL list found on the support pages). Can't seem to overcome the error.
