All you really need to connect is the power switch connector, all the others are

Purple - Speaker header
Green - Power LED
Red - Power switch
Yellow - HDD LED
Blue - Reset switch

They are always the same layout and it is labeled on the board but it can be
hard to make out, the text is tiny. The + indicates pin 1 and where the connector
goes. The header under the speaker connection is for the older, 3pin power LED.
Modern cases no longer use them but ASRock still provides a header for legacy
cases.

I need clarification on the pier button terminal configuration.   I didn't take good enough pics when taking apart. manual only has a useless diagram .for wires in my harness I have a 2 pin connector for power switch(one black one grey no polarity).
