I see the same behavior with my ASRock N3150M motherboard. <a href="http://www.intel.com/c&#111;ntent/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/turbo-boost/turbo-boost-technology.html" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Here</a> is intel's description of how Intel Turbo Boost technology works. While the N3150 does not actually support "Intel Turbo" it does have a "burst" feature that functions similarly which is common to many SoC class CPUs.<div><br></div><div><br></div>]]>
