It will automatically "boost" to 2.08ghz when thermal and usage parameters are correct. I see the same behavior with my ASRock N3150M motherboard. Here is intel's description of how Intel Turbo Boost technology works. While the N3150 does not actually support "Intel Turbo" it does have a "burst" feature that functions similarly which is common to many SoC class CPUs.

Hi!
In bios on my beebox 3150 i cannot find settings for cpu speed.
My beebox work only on 1.6mhz.
How can i set higher ?
On www i see :
Intel® Quad-Core Processor N3150 (Up to 2.08 GHz)
