Clearly their "fix" was did not fully address the issue. Interestingly this is one of the reasons I went to Skylake rather than Broadwell as I initially intended. You can try talk to ASRock Tech Support directly, they may have more answers for you but I would still suggest getting in touch with intel too.]]>

Intel will, hopefully, come up with a fix and then supply this fix to board manufacturers to add to a BIOS update. Without intel first making the fix however there is no way a board manufacturer can correct the issue. Without confidential information about the CPU, it's microcode and inner workings that intel will never disclose for obvious reasons it simply cannot be done.<div><br></div><div>I would try and contact intel tech support on the issue and inform them of the problem. Doubtless they will refer you back here (ASRock) but at least if enough people report the issue they will be more likely to release a fix to manufacturers.</div>]]>
