What drivers are you trying to install and where are you getting them from. ASRock does not list any Windows server drivers on any of the product pages for consumer grade boards.

If you download the drivers directly from intel be sure they are the correct ones for your dual LAN chips.

On my new ASROCK z97 EXTREME9 MB, I just installed windows server 2008 and it does not want to install the driver for the built in LAN.
