I would feel better about powering two drives from the board's SATA power header if you were using the ATX power connector and a standard PC PSU.

But since you will be using a SSD as one of the two drives, 99.5% of which just use +5V DC power, and usually a maximum of 1A (5W) of power, you should be fine.

SATA power splitter cables are very common. You can use something like this example connected directly to the board's SATA power connector, or attached to the cable provided with the board:

http://www.amazon.com/StarTech-com-PYO2SATA-Power-Splitter-Adapter/dp/B002N2EHVQ

What model of HDD will you be using?
