Is it new or have you used it before with another PC?<br><br>If it is a new PSU, it could be defective. But the issue still could be a short circuit that the PSU's safety feature is detecting and shutting it off.<br><br>It may be difficult to find the problem, since several other things could be the cause.<br><br>Your board has a Dr Debug POST code display. Can you see any code shown on this display when the PC turns off?<br><br>If you aren't using a video card, or other components connected to the board and PSU, disconnect the power cables from your HDDs and see if the PC will start.<br><br>Did you put your new board in a PC case you were using with another board? If you were using a different size board like an mATX, the standoffs that support the board are in different locations, and one from the old board may be shorting the new board to the PC case.<br>]]>
