So I have a Windows 10 i7-6700CPU 3.4GHz, 32GB RAM, AMD Radeon R9 390 series Graphics Card, and last weekend I was playing a game and out of nowhere I was losing frames, the game I play is usually at 50 FPS steady and it dropped below 30 and stayed there, I've tried messing with software, troubleshooting, and restoring my PC to see if it was some sort of small error, but my GPU is putting out
