This has to do with other drivers, or tools that are active.
Please uninstall all the tools you have running, also the RGB tools, then restart, and delete all the directories these tools have created, then first install the Intel INF (chipset) driver, and after that the motherboard utility.
By the way, personally I would skip the motherbaord ustility, the less tools that are active, the more stable a system will run.

I also tried the beta. Both of them get this error. Why isn't it working? It says it is for Windows 11 which I have.
