I changed 4 different SATA cables and another cable from the power supply, it does not work.

Have you tried different SATA cables and different SATA ports on your board?
Some of the SATA ports share resources with other ports/slots (M.2 for example).
If you have your drive connected to one of these and the port it shares with is

Hello!

Motherboard ASRock B450M/ac 2.0
CPU AMD Athlon ??3000G
RAM Crucial BALLISTIX 16GB
Microcode update 810F10/8101016

I have a problem, the computer does not see the HDD ST2000LM003.
When connecting this disk via a SATA-USB3 adapter, it works.
It also works without restrictions on two other computers with intel chipsets.
