This is data going back to 2022 (the oldest and reliable data i could find).

My board has lapsed it's warranty long time ago... it is pointless for me to contact the vendor again as they were the ones redirecting me to your support.

At this point, i will just leave it at that and be left unhappy and sad that i cannot use the M.2 slots as i once did.

As i'm using Pinnacle Ridge CPU i cannot further update my bios to more recent versions, as otherwise my CPU will no longer work on this mobo.

Really appreciated the time you took to reply!

Cheers

I did no BIOS change/update, has been working for 2y with same settings.

I removed it and tried the other port but no luck too. So i tried the NVME on another computer and it works and has no defect.

Went on to further troubleshoot this so tried 2 other NVME SSDs they are not recognized too.

A SATA M2 drive is only recognized on the secondary port but not on the primary M2 port.

And this is where i stopped to look for others with the same problems.

I'm using bios rev. 1.50 as due to CPU limitation i cannot upgrade it further.

Thanking you in advance for your help.

Cheers.

I've tried changing bios settings, taking the SSD in and out, putting the SSD in the M.2 other slot, and plugging in a USB key with windows installer on it to see if it would register but my hard drive would not show up no matter what I tried. The hard drive is definitely compatible as I've been using this PC for 4 years now and I don't think the hard drive died as it was working perfectly fine for me yesterday.
