Intel 9 gen CPU is not compatible with Q270 Pro BTC+.

Hello everybody,
I have a problem with a new model Q270 Pro Btc + motherboard.
I installed the processor: Intel core i3 9100 F, when I try to start the computer, I see that it starts (the fans are working), it stays on for 2 seconds and then everything turns off.

I also tried to start the computer without peripherals and without RAM, but I have the same problem.

Can you help me understand where the problem is?
