Dear Indigan,

The USB ports are all connected to the X399 chipset
You can best try the latest chioset drievrs from the AMD website
Win10 and Win11
https://drivers.amd.com/drivers/amd_chipset_software_4.03.03.431.exe
After installing the OS, the first driver you should install is always the chipset driver, all other drivers use this.
When using a Wireless keyboard/mouse, put an extension cable between the USB port and the dongle.
The dongle uses the same frequency, that the USB ports, use to communicate, and can basically disturb the communication of all the USB ports.
