Does the board have the latest BIOS, and is there a difference between M2_1 and M2_2.
When you go into BIOS, is the M.2 card found in M2_2?
Keep in mind that the PCIE lanes of the first slot, come from the CPU, so also check the socket pins in the CPU socket, and when fitting a CPU cooler, do not overtighten the screws, when the cooler is flat on the CPU, and cannot move around, the pressure is enough.
