I see the server is under maintenance, but they should be able to help you.
When using gmail, check your spam folder for replies
A few things you can check,
The LED on the powersupply, that should stay on
Remove mSATA card, and SATA cables
Use only 1 memory module.
On the right hand front side you should see the BIOS battery, disconnect the power, and remove the battery for about 5 minutes, and place it back.
this should give a factory reset.
Use a wired keyboard and mouse, not wireless
