so I must to remount Ryzen 5 1600 CPU, because otherwise I can't start bios to upgrade.

HI,
I have this configuration:

cpu: ryzen 5 1600
motherboard: x370 killer SLI
memory: F4-3200c16d-16gtzb
graphics card: NVIDIA GT218 [GeForce 210]

So, I have changed CPU with Ryzen 7 3800x
I start the pc, the screen is black and after 30 seconds restart.

Why ?
