You could try to disable Fast Startup, in the Windows energy settings.
And of course, always start with the latest INF (chipset) driver from the intel website, where maybe a lnewer IME driver is available.
And did you try a clean installation in GPT mode?

hi ,i have an Asrock Z87 Extreme 4/TB4 and i have some problem with the intel management driver ,the pc take a long time to launch on Windows 10.
When I check in the system, intel management driver has an error (code10), it did not launch. Is there a way to correct this problem, thank you.
