There are conflicting theories on this out there
but I have always used full speed. My AIO has been running practically 24/7 for the
last 5 years without issue so clearly it must work

Those temps are great, keep it like it is. AIO high CFM fans tend to get noisy if
you don't run a silent/custom profile so it's good your temps are under control
without needing higher fan speeds. It would have been fine even if you peaked
at 80 in CB r15/20/23. CB loads the CPU more than any typical task you may use
the machine for.

I hope your girlfriend enjoys her new PC

Make sure it is set to "Monitor CPU". If your temps
are high then you can try switching it to standard. With a 3600 though I suspect
you won't need to.

On my own systems I tend to set a manual fan curve using ASRock's App in the OS.
This way I can keep things silent under low load but allow things to really ramp
up as the temps climb under load. I am using a Threadripper though so it's a little
more necessary to manually tweak things for optimal silence/performance.

If you are coming in under 70c under high load you are good
