Did you ask the support of the game manufacturer.

Sometimes resellers use an Image, rather than a clean installation, so maybe a clean instalaltion of Windows, with the chipset drivers, and graphics drivers will help.

Hello, I just ordered a prebuilt PC and when I went to go play one of the games called Valorant, it said I needed secure boot and TPM 2.0 enabled, I checked and TPM was enabled but when I went to check on the secure boot, the option was enabled but right under it, it says "not active" which I find very strange.
