When both 8 Pin CPU power and 24 Pint ATX cable are connected, it should start.

Hi, I got fellowing new harewares but I am unable to make it work:

ASRock H670M-ITX/ax
i5-12400
Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3200MHz C16
SAMSUNG 980 PRO 500GB (in M2_1 slot)
(no GPU)


When power on, no signal in HDMI or DP

Tried:
1. update BIOS
2. reset CMOS
3. change for another PSU (working on another PC)
(still doesn't work)

4. remove all Memory. (didn't hear even a beep. no buzzer?)

any suggestion on troubleshooting before initializing a return?
