Dear greeneg,

Thank you for posting your query to the ASRock forum.

Please refer to the steps to re-flash the LED FW.
1. Download the FW update tool from the following link.
   https://download.asrock.com/TSD/Desktop/Tool/RGB FW/RX 6900 XT Phantom Gaming D .zip
2. Unzip the file to the C driver.
3. Run the CMD as administrator.
4. Go to the RX6900XT_PGD folder by entering the following command.
   cd C:\RX6900_XT_PG
5. Enter the following command to start the FW update process.
   Update_RX6900_XT_PG.cmd
6. After updating the FW, please download the latest Polychrome SYNC from the following link.
   https://download.asrock.com/Utility/RGB/PolychromeSYNC(v1.0.24).zip

Regarding the ASRock Tweak, we have tested it with Win11 22000.613, however, we are not able to reproduce the problem.

-Please check if there are any third-party tools for graphics cards installed.
If there is, kindlyy uninstall the third-party tools.
-If the problem persists, please reinstall the ASRock Tweak to see if it helps.
-Otherwise, please try to clean and install the operating system.

Trying to get the RGB changed to match my other RGB settings, and am unable to get the utility to recognize the card.

Running on a Gigabyte mainboard. The card is device ID 1002 73BF - 1849 5212

Running ASRock Polychrome SYNC 1.0.24

OS: Windows 11 Insider build 22581
