Thank you. Seems like it is true. I actually bought an 8GB stick and tried it, it didn't work - even BIOS didn't start. Using the Crucial Website it would seem that 8GB sticks are NOT supported. 16GB is achieved using 4 x 4GB sticks.

Hi. Before buying 8GB ram stick I would like to make sure that is its supported by Asrock P55DE3 motherboard.

Do you know guys if it is supported or not? There is no info in spec about this limit, only that RAM is limited up to 16 GB. QVL List is pretty old and doesn't have it either.
