The QVL list is not a 100% fully supported list, just what the board has been tested with. Other products may (should) work just fine. Hello, first time PC builder, and I chose a Z690 PG Riptide for my motherboard, and while looking through the manual(have not built my PC yet) I noticed It accepts most Samsung M.2 SSDs, but I did not see 970 Evo Plus on the list. This is the SSD I purchased, so I'm concerned it won't work and I'll need to return it for another.
