I have the same board and have been using the most recent chipset drivers from amd.com with no issues on Windows 11. Based on my experience, get the update prior to the latest. I tried the latest one, but it left my system with some instability. I found out when searching the drivers page for the x570 Phantom Gaming 4 that the Windows 10 chipset driver listed is a year old as of today.

Is this on purpose by Asrock, is there a reason we should run that old of driver package?
AMD.com has a driver from March 2022
