When troubleshooting it's always a good idea to eliminate every possible cause you
can so yes, disconnect any RGB you have connected.

If you are still getting hangs in BIOS then try setting up the system with just
1 stick of RAM, CPU and GPU with nothing else connected (no drives/accessories).

If you still have freezing in BIOS then contact ASRock Tech Support here:

Try connecting only your keyboard, mouse and display. In some cases a USB device
can cause hang-ups in the BIOS. If your keyboard or mouse are wireless, try wired

HI guys,
I have recently bought B550 PG RIPTIDE MB to use with Ryzen 7 5800x. but When I try to access into BIOS, it freezes after few seconds in BIOS menu. Windows is launching smoothly with all the plug-ins.
