Here we have two suggestions for you to try.

1. Connect your HDMI cable to your graphic card.
2. Switch the primary video adapter to "onboard".

Hello
I am assembling a new rig using the q270 pro btc+ With a 7th gen intel core i5-7500 Connected to a screen via HDMI from the motherboard
At the beginning while setting up windows everything was going fine. But after plugging in the first gpu and turning the rig on the screen shows a no signal black screen, when i unplug the gpu and run the rig the screen comes back again and works normally ( i have tried 2 different cards) I have changed the risers and still have the same issue.
I have installed the same cards into another rig and it worked just fine.

Has anyone ran into a similar situation?
