BIOS was updated by flashback direct from as shipped to 4.80, non-incremental. No video signal is going out the HDMI on the board. Dr. Debug shows 00, manual doesn't mention what that means. Cable and monitor were checked on another machine and work fine. Motherboard lights up, fans spin, just no video signal out the HDMI port.

What does Dr Debug display 00 mean?

Should I redo the updates in incremental order?

What are other possibilities for no video signal?

How would I be able to tell if the problem was the board or the CPU?
