Your problem is not caused by the CPU, but probably this AIO cooler.
I checked, but this cooler is foor all sockets, starting with 115x, but the socket 1700 CPU has a surface that is 1,5 times as large as a socket 115x, so the cooler surface should be rectanglke, not round.

hello have Z690 Steel Legend and paired with intel i9 12900k NZXT KRAKEN Z63 280MM
when i do renders the cpu reachs up to 94-95c and can keep rising if i let it continue [ pc crashes at some point also ]

i want to undervolt the CPU but i cannt find a guide to undervolt with asrock motherboard cause its diffrent from others for some unknown reason


hopefully anyone can help me to find the way how to undervolt my 12900k with asrock bios
