No power at all. I can use the PCIE4 X4 rail without a problem. All new parts bought 3/17/16 for this build. Everything else works great. Is there something I am missing in the BIOS ? Can you lead me in a way to fix this problem? Or is there a way to make the PCIE4 Slot x 16 bus speed? Thank you for any help !!

i7-6700
32 gig G-skill DDR2400
EVGA GTX960
m.2 slot: Samsung 951 SSD with Windows 10 64bit.
Samsung 850 SSD also.

If any other info is needed please ask !
