I am afraid you will need to contact tech support for an answer to your question. Not having the board myself I can't test it to check. I would imagine it should but given that bifurcation was only supported previously on a beta BIOS it may not be.

Hi,
Does the latest BIOS for the Asrock X99-ITX/ac support PCI-e bifurcation?  For the previous BIOSs, P1.20E is the only one that supported this.
