Please read the info on the ASRock website, section storage

This board only support PCI Express M.2, and only with 2 lanes, Not 4.
SATA M.2 is not supported.
Best would be to use the ASRock support form, and provide the details

Asrock 970a-g/3.1 Motherboard.

I copied SSD OS using EaseUS to my 256GB M.2. However when rebooted, I can not seem to find the M.2 in list of devices to boot from. Am I missing anything here?
