Dear Rakes,

What happens when you disconenct the working HDD, and conenct the new HDD to the SATA cable and power cable.
Be aware, some HDD's have a power saving feature, when you conenct them to a SATA power cable from the PSU, they will not spin up, when you hold the HDD in your hand, you can feel if it's spinning, because of the gyroscopic effect.

I have an AMD Ryzen 5/1600 with BIOS B450 Pro4 P3.20a BIOS (PowerSpec computer).   Already have a primary SSD drive and a SATA drive and trying to install a 2nd SATA hard drive.   The system will not recognize the new drive.. not when installed on new cables nor when installed with existing drives cables. I cannot find any additional settings that are relevant. Assistance and guidance needed and appreciated.
