When using gmail, check your spam folder for replies.
Did you try, putting the board on top of the cardboard box, with CPU, 1 memory module, and PSU, and conenct, Monitor keyboard and mouse?
Also mention make and model of the PSU, because when you press the start button you do not start the system, but the PSU.

cpu intel 11700k

ram corsair vengeance CMU16GX4M2C3200C16

GPU EVGA GTX1070
PSU COOLERMASTER 740 WATT

EVERYTHING LIGHTS UP CPU COOLER WORK

will not post

reseated ram and cpu

made sure it was a ground issue
