    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=24360">threadzipper1957</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 24666<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 09 Aug 2022 at 10:39pm<br /><br />Realtek has moved the mixer control, to the Microsoft store.<br />When you install the realtek driver fromj the CD or from our website, it is just a basic driver, the rest is automatically downloaded from the Microsoft store.<br />The mixer control as you know it from previous boards doesn't exist anymore, you have to set this in Windows control panel.<br />For the front panel audi, usually the cable tghat you connect to the motherboard has 2 plugs<br />AC97 and HD Audio<br />AC97, does not support jack sensing, HD Audio does support this.]]>

    <![CDATA[<strong>Author:</strong> <a href="https://forum.asrock.com/member_profile.asp?PF=25774">simagot</a><br /><strong>Subject:</strong> 24666<br /><strong>Posted:</strong> 24 Jun 2022 at 12:24pm<br /><br />so today i bought an Asrock B660M Steel Legend motherboard, and i installed all the drivers from the disk / the asrock website.<br />but the audio drivers kinda weird. <br /><br />1. the realtek audio manager is disappear which i always use the manager to customized my preference (in my previous motherboard). im trying to figure it out but i cant find any solution to make the REALTEK AUDIO MANAGER appear again in this Motherboard.<br /><br />2. when i plugged the 3.5mm audio jack to the front panel audio, theres no effect, like nothing happen. i cant switch the output to my headphones, i tried to reinstall audio driver and trying the other version of the driver but still the same.<br /><br />can u guys tell me what happened?<br />thanks]]>
