Did you try, different DP cables, some monitors use the pins in a different way, causing this kind of issue..
IN general 3 systems with exactly the same issue, often points to th eother hardware,
I have sued this baord myself with an Iiyama DP monitor without problems.
Maybe try a DP to HDMI cable for a test, if that works, DP port is working
And use the support form,https://event.asrock.com/tsd.asp
and state also which monitors are used.

I have *3* brand new B450M Steel Legends from ASRock and built 3 PCs with them using the AMD Ryzen 5 5600G with integrated graphics. They're all on the latest BIOS. DisplayPort does not work on any of them, but HDMI does.
