Hello.

I recently acquired a brand new Asrock Rack E3C246D4U and have a few problems:

- The BMC is empty in the UEFI.

Since the BMC is empty, I don't have access to IPMI, and can't flash/update the BMC.

I tried to CMOS the board, but can't find the exact jumpers to do this.
