Unplug the system from the wall, press the power button and hold for 10 seconds
or so then let the system sit for 30 mins unplugged. Then reconnect power and see
if the system boots again. If it does, shut it down again and make sure the issue
doesn't happen again.

If the issue reoccurs or the system still won't power back up then open a support
ticket with ASRock:

I suspect my suggestion should sort you out however. Good luck and let us know

Hello I just got a asrock z690 pro rs for my i9-12900ks all went smoothly till turn off and now can't power on
