So I just finished a build with an asrock z170 oc formula board.

Encountering some intermittent power on issues that are very similar to what has been documented in this thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/buildapc/comments/2jrt1b/psarequest_possible_reoccurring_problem_with_the/

After unplugging from the wall or messing around with some of the switches for things like forcing xmp etc, the board fails to power on, no LEDs or anything the only thing that reliably gets it booting again is clearing the CMOS. I've replaced the CMOS battery but this problem persists.
