I installed Windows 11 Enterprise. Now I re-installed Windows 11 Pro and it works.
Perhaps it is a Windows compatibility problem?
Now it seems to work and the led strip device is recognized.
I'll send a form request if the problem recurs.

Hi, I have a problem with the ARGB led for DeskMini A300.

I have installed it to USB header, I also installed Polychrome RGB sync from official DeskMini A300 support site. But the device is not detected.
Polychrome says "No ASRock peripherals detected on this computer".

I checked the connector is good. Moreover the device seems to be found on windows Device Manager but it says "USB device not recognized" and "Device descriptor request failed".
